CartGoza is operated from South Africa. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

2. Account Registration

To place an order, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
• Images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the product.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payment is processed securely through PayFast. We accept credit cards, debit cards, instant EFT, and other methods supported by PayFast.
• Your order will be confirmed by email once payment has been successfully processed.
• We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses across South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. For full delivery details, please see our Delivery Information page.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the specified address.
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

6. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act:

• You may return goods within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Defective goods may be returned within 6 months of purchase for a repair, replacement, or refund at your choice.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
